This page explains the structure of our Intro Program, classes, open gym, and private training sessions.
The INTROS provides our students the fundamentals needed to begin training in Parkour and Freerunning safely and wisely.
Consists of 3 sessions on consecutive Saturdays with each being 2 hours. The student must begin on an INTRO 1 session.
The INTROS can also be completed via 3 x 1-hour private lessons at an additional cost and are scheduled at your convenience.
All athletes ages 10+ must complete INTROS before participating in the PARKOUR and FREERUNNING classes. Children younger than 10 can participate in the KID'S classes without completing the INTRO PROGRAM. Athletes attending OBSTACLE COURSE RACING classes are also not required to complete intros.
PARKOUR is a movement discipline with the aim of getting from point A to point B in the fastest, most efficient way possible. In our Parkour classes, we teach our athletes how to run, climb, swing, and jump through space quickly and intelligently.
FREERUNNING is an expansion on parkour incorporating acrobatics, tricks, flips, and a variety of stylized movements. In our Freerunnig classes, our students learn to express and share their own creative style.
OBSTACLE COURSE RACING challenges athletes' balance, strength, and coordination all while overcoming unique obstacles. Each week, we create new and exciting courses giving our athletes a constantly varied experience.
PRIVATES provide a one-on-one or small group experience with classes specifically designed for the athletes' unique needs and desired skills. Our coaches create an individualized plan to help our athletes achieve their goals as quickly as possible.
Want to practice everything you have learned in class or just run around with some friends? OPEN GYM allows participants to use the facility as they see fit under the supervision of our coaching staff. If they have a question, our coaches are there to provide tips and tricks that will help them achieve new skills.
